We will achieve our vision by growing and developing the number of participants in golf and cycling as well as increase levels of participation and interactions within our growing ecosystems.

We will add value to our customers by matchmaking them with like-minded brands, manufacturers, service providers and venues, thereby creating stickiness with the sport and our ecosystem.

And we will add value to our customers via a multichannel ecosystem engagement approach that emphasises convenience, expertise and customisation.

More specifically, we will deliver value to our existing ecosystems, by:

Collecting and interpreting data to gain an empathic understanding of who the customer is and what is of value and relevance to them

Sending our customers on journeys which connect them to different ecosystem touch points that add value to their sporting lives

Encourage them on their journey with ongoing and ad-hoc communication and rewards

The customer experience is imperative. We will underpin this experience by bringing together the ecosystem with proprietary owned technology and software.

Once this approach has been perfected in our existing golf and cycling ecosystems, we will take it to other sporting ecosystems, both inside and outside the borders of South Africa.
